At CHCSA, we are committed to developing and delivering services and programmes that involve consistent partnership between our staff and volunteers. In the selection of areas to serve, CHCSA seeks to be relevant to the on-going needs of the society so as to play a complementary role in the macro social work space in Singapore.

The Association was registered with the Registry of Societies (ROS 0162/1997 WEL) on 16 August 1997 and received full membership with the National Council of Social Service on 7 January 2000. We were also officially registered as a charity under the Charities Act (1994) on 28 February 2000 (Reg. No: 1419). We are also an Institute of Public Character (UEN No:S97SS0106L).
